Aims of the Amnesty International Australia, NSW Legal Network

We aim to do two things:

1. Promote human rights issues amongst members of the legal profession, in order to educate and activate members of the legal profession to speak out against human rights violations; and

2. Utilise our skills as legal activists to assist AIA through human rights campaigning, by providing legal research, supporting AIA teams and networks, raising awareness about the legal operation of human rights and assisting AIA interventions.
